Technical Infrastructure Support Manager
Location: Berkshire

POSITION: Technical Infrastructure & Customer Service Manager - Card Payments

We are leading independent payment gateway, and are currently seeking a Support Manager to join our busy team.

ROLE:

• Help manage our UK data centres.
• Resolve a wide range of card transaction related queries from merchants and our partners.
• Understand and adhere to PCI standards required of a Level 1 Service Provider.
• Liaise closely with all internal departments.
• Utilise ‘Saleforce’ as the monitoring tool in the role.
• Work within SLA on all calls and escalate in good time where an SLA may not be met.

EXPERIENCE:

• Track record in card payments processing industry.
• Current technical working knowledge of SQL, Windows, and Android (.Net and Java a plus)
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Useful:

• Some Android experience
• Some understanding of SSL/TLS cryptographic protocols
