Job Description

A leading electronics payment provider is recruiting for an IT Support Analyst who will be responsible for the daily support functions as required for internal and external clients.

The IT Support Analyst will be office based, but some travel may be required in the UK and overseas.

Experience / Qualifications

• IT Professional
• Strong technical background and knowledge
• SQL experience (SQL/T-SQL)
• Ability to work well within a team and on an individual basis
• Good problem solver
• Willing to work to create solutions
• Good numerical, oral and written skills
• Capable of producing high quality documentation.

• Knowledge of telecom/high transaction volume industries
• Knowledge of Delphi and .NET would be a benefit

The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for:
• Day to day support functions as required for internal and external clients
• Technical fault diagnosis and resolution
• Log incidents and assists with basic troubleshooting and notification
• Electronic stock ordering and monitoring
• Management and client reporting
• Work on internal processes to improve performance, reliability and usability

Key Deliverables
• Delivery of product rollouts and database development
• Management and client reporting
• Maintain SQL Server Replication, Database Mirroring, Maintenance, Security and auditing
