Job Title: KYC Onboarding Team Manager (AVP)

Location: London

The KYC Manager is a strong leader with good business knowledge, risk awareness and control mindset. The KYC Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring that existing client relationships have undergone the appropriate client identification screening as mandated by the Barclays Global Customer Due Diligence and Onboarding Procedures. The KYC Manager will support delivery of metrics for KYC Onboarding as well as daily BAU oversight and project management tasks.

Your Role

  • Provide key oversight of KYC Onboarding team, applying a risk based and policy focused approach.
  • Manage the Performance of the required KYC screening on existing clients by ensuring all documentation and corroboration information is on file per the Global KYC procedures.
  • Project and resource production management
  • Analyze Client data, documentation and negative news in order to determine Client Risk Profile as established under the Global KYC Procedures.
  • Collaborate with CIBD Group's counterparts worldwide on global requests.
  • Review and approve high risk accounts and PEP / negative news information.
  • Liaise with Compliance on specific requirements and regulations arising under special circumstances.
