Key responsibilities:

- The eCommerce Designer is responsible for the user experience and creative on our marketing and sales pages for nowtv.com - i.e. the pre-sign-up pages.
- Your role will be focused on working on the day-to-day content required to update and maintain the marketing pages of the site
- Develop strategies on how we can better present our product and the user journeys to maximise our sales.
- You will lead the creative elements of large project deliveries that change the way we sell and merchandise our products.
- You will work very closely with our Creative team, our eCommerce Managers, Merchandising Manager, Product Owners, Optimisation team and our in-house team of developers who are dedicated to working on our CMS.
- Responsible for delivering a best-in-class experience for prospective customers interested in joining NOW TV.

Your skills:

- Excellent knowledge/experience of wireframing and prototyping tool such as Axure or Principle
- Excellent Web User Experience design skills
- Good understanding of user interface design
- Industry standard design software such as Sketch, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience in usability testing and gathering insight from this
- Experience with HTML and CSS preferable
- Experience working in an eCommerce team and/or an online retailer would be extremely beneficial
- Excellent communication skills and you enjoy working across a diverse team
