Description

Summary: NCR ATM Product Line; Provides consultation in one or more areas for the design, development and implementation of technical products and equipment engineering systems; Recognized as technical leader and resource; Recommends alterations and enhancements to improve quality of products, training and/or procedures; Demonstrates expertise in a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures; Relies on experience and judgment to complete assigned goals; Expertise in other product lines a plus

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Field Product Support Calls
  • Provide Diagnostic and hands on Troubleshooting Training in classroom or field setting
  • Develop Internal Documentation (Technical Bulletins)
  • Perform Site Visits as the CIRT (Chronic Issue Repair Team)
  • MTBF Rate Reporting - Equipment & Parts
  • Escalate Down Equipment to RSM, CPM, Logistics and NSM
  • Evaluate and recommend technicians in need of remedial training
  • After hours, field product support calls
  • Develop Vendor Relations
  • Parts Database Maintenance (Part #s, RMAs, Suitable Subs, etc???)
  • Assist with the determination of viable new products and associated maintenance
  • Assist with Parts Stocking Level Development
  • Additional responsibilities supporting other ATM platforms
  • Other duties may be assigned

Education and/or Experience

Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience - College Degree Preferred- Business emphasis favored. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field and marketing. Must be well versed in email and business etiquette and possess strong grammatical and written skills. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Must have strong Microsoft office proficiency.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills

Ability to use a PC. This includes proficiency Microsoft office applications. Need to have basic understanding of network protocols. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Great Plains, Acrobat, Streets & Trips, Map Point, and Cencon Lock System database. Database software and Spreadsheet software.

Current valid driver's license. VISA PIN Security Key Management Certification (ESO)

The key technology serviced includes: ATMs, Smart safes, teller cash dispensers, teller cash recyclers, bank scanners and other banking technology. The company is based in Springfield, Missouri and has been operating for more than 36 years. Bancsource services all major OEM equipment for mission critical customer systems including ATMs, smart safes, drive-up systems, vaults and sorters. The company is the largest ATM and branch automation reseller for Nautilus Hyosung in the US market and an image processing technologies reseller for NCR.
In April, 2015, Bancsource was purchased by Capital Works LLC, a middle market private equity firm headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio.
The plan is to build on Bancsource heritage as a great service provider to build a world class service organization capable to provide services across a broad array of self service solutions in the financial and retail industries nationwide. We have a balanced view of growth with an expectation of 10-12% top line growth and 15-17% EBITA growth per year.
