An amazing opportunity exists for an Office Manager/HR Administrator to join this start-up, forward-thinking, rapidly expanding business! Gorgeous offices and fabulous culture!

Based in trendy Farringdon this role is hybrid between Office Management and HR. Supporting a team of 75, you will be the lynchpin of the company. Meeting and greeting guests, dealing with suppliers, facilities, event management and basically keeping everything in ship shape! Aside to this you will work closely with the Head of People and be involved in all the HR administration. As a rapidly growing business you will look after the on-boarding of new starters, processing contracts and updating all information on databases and support on all people/culture and projects. This is such an exciting opportunity to work for a dynamic, young business and you will be right in the thick of things!

We are ideally looking for someone with at least 2 years office experience, with some HR involvement, ideally working in a creative, fast-paced environment. You will have had a lot of responsibility and be hungry to take on as much as possible. You will enjoy a varied role and not be afraid to get stuck in. We want someone enthusiastic, ideas-driven and confident. As well as working on exciting projects you will be the person running out and getting the milk when it runs low so you can't be precious and be happy to do anything that's asked of you.
