Job Description

As an Operations Analyst, you will work with leading payments professionals, technology vendors, and high-profile clients. You will draw from our deep expertise in payments technology, business processes and risk management to shape the future of a global payments platform.

Key Accountabilities:

· Support our card programs day to day operations.

· Ensure all issues are being reported, managed and appropriately escalated.

· Keep track of tasks/actions in an online tracking tool

· Support and develop the internal data platform

· Use Tableau application to build bespoke reporting for the Card Issuing team

· Manage change requests, ensuring they are logged, actioned and tested in line with company policy.

· Perform system testing and provide feedback on program systems, web and or mobile apps.

· Complete pavement testing of programs, ensuring details are captured and logged correctly.

· Working with processor data, prepare reports and statistics on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

· Supporting backend operations and administration systems that will support our frontline and finance team.

· Ensure processor and program files are collected daily and contain expected data.

· Provide input into existing operations processes and assist with creating new processes.

· Create and maintain department documentation and process flows.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

· Ability to engage professionally and effectively with customers

· Capture and fully define requirements for operational aspects of Card Services.

· Can demonstrate effectiveness in consensus building, time management, issue escalation, planning, organizing.

· Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

· Has the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels internally and externally.

· Ability to think outside the box and be highly creative.

· Knowledge in financial industry and processes is a bonus.

· Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to provide in-depth knowledge through research.

· Self-motivator with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

· Strong listening skills and ability to probe for additional information.

· Strong problem-solving, decision-making and negotiating skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.

· Ability to deal effectively and professionally in a rapidly changing and fast paced environment.

· High level of skill with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
