Yve Print Co. is an on-demand online art print retailer. We help customers design artwork, which we print in-house using a mix of old and new printing methods. We've created a pivotal role in our small but ambitious company. This is a hands on production role, with responsibility for managing day to day operations and leading the team in processing orders, printing, framing and packing. You'll be confident running operations, and always looking for ways to improve quality, create savings and streamline processes. You'll have strong computer literacy, be comfortable with technology, and will be quick to understand how our order management and print scheduling systems work. An excellent troubleshooter, you'll find workarounds and long term solutions to everyday production issues and be unflappable and pro-active under pressure. With strong communication skills, you'll be self-motivated, outgoing, personable, organised, punctual, and professional with excellent attention to detail.

Previous E-commerce Production/Operations Management experience would be highly advantageous.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Managing a small team, plus extra seasonal staff.

Managing daily priorities and workflow to ensure the production processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Maintaining high quality standards and working with the team to share knowledge through regular production meetings.

Helping to shape and actively promote the core values of the business, to encourage a culture of communication and excellence.

Delivering excellent customer service to delight customers and maximise return trade.

Stocktaking, forecasting and ordering new materials.

Organising the repair and routine maintenance of printing and production equipment.

Managing mail partners including the lost/damaged compensation processes.

Solving issues, and being the main point of contact for the team.

Managing product listings on our own website and NOTHS.
