Opening Date " 9th August 2018 Closing Date " 6 th September 2018 Role The Oracle P2P Consultant role is a functional consulting position inour Applications Consulting team. The Consultant will deliver the fullySource to Settle (S2S) process including the Source to Contract(Supplier Qualification Management, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts) andPurchase to Pay (Requisitioning, Purchasing, Automated InvoiceProcessing, Accounts Payables Management, Project Management and AssetManagement) business processes. Responsibilities Working as an integral part of a project team, you will provide solid functional and technical skills in the implementation of S2C (Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, Procurement Contracts) and P2P (Purchasing, Self Service Purchasing, Projects, Assets, Automated Invoice Processing, Accounts Payables, Expenses) applications, backed up by proven hands-on experience, ideally across different industries and clients. You will be capable of managing individual work packages from initial understanding to successful adoption by clients. You will also be capable of leading UK delivery in the Oracle Applications space when necessary, and have a proven track record of consistently excellent delivery. Recognised as an expert and able to contribute to design, configuration and testing in a delivery capacity using Oracle S2C and P2P products the applicant will have the opportunity to work on multiple SCM implementations in the UK. Skills / Experience Business Experience working in a procurement and/or purchasing department is highly regarded, rather than simply having implemented systems. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will be communicating and co-ordinating work with other Oracle Consulting consultants, our valued clients and off-shore Oracle teams. A relevant third level or similar qualification or relevant technical experience. Experience in Oracle implementations with 4 or more of the following modules: Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, Supplier Contracts, Inventory Management, Purchasing, iProcurement/Supplier Portal, iSupplier, Accounts Payables, Expenses and Invoice Automation/WebCenter. Proven experience in Oracle Source to Settle (S2S) Application Modules (Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, Supplier Contracts, Product Data/Inventory, Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier, Expenses, Projects, Assets, and Accounts Payables). Oracle R12 implementation experience & hands-on Oracle functional consulting and system configuration. Understanding of relevant core application configuration and organisation structure. Detailed Description and Job Requirements:An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding ofsolutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes ortechnology designs within a product/technology family. Operatesindependently to provide quality work products to an engagement.Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independentjudgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meetcustomer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, andleading practices.Operates independently to provide quality work products to anengagement. May act as the team lead onprojects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills ofteam members. Effectively consults with management of customerorganizations. Participates in business development activities. Developsand leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product ortechnical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicateeffectively.
