10 month contract Singapore –

Project Manager /PMO Support – 10 month contract Singapore – Home Based – Card industry experience a plus.

(payments card payment, emv, project manager)

My global blue chip client in the payments industry need a home based Project Management Support consultant to support their operations in the Singapore Region.

The duties are as follows

1. As a key member of the Global Acceptance Asia Pacific team, this role supports the existing PMO resource and the relationship managers to ensure that all regional goals are met (50%); provides administrative support to the regional director (25%); and supports the new digital senior manager (25%).
2. Works with the PMO function in head office to ensure the Acquirer and Tier One Merchant go to market plans are on track
3. Works with the local team, other PMO colleagues, finance and other functions globally and in the US to ensure monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting is accurate and completed in a timely manner 50%

Background: Bachelors Degree in relevant Marketing or Commerce based subject (MBA a plus)
• Five years’ demonstrated work experience as a Project / Program Manager, preferably with an accreditation, such as a Project Management Professional certification (“PMP”) • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently• People leadership skills that include the ability to influence without authority. Excellent communicator, able to speak at both executive summary and very detailed levels•
Knowledge of the payments industry and production payments processing is desired but not required • Lean, Six Sigma and/or demonstrated process improvement expertise a plus • Comprehensive knowledge of new technologies, esp. EMV; E-Commerce; M-Commerce.
