Job Description

Project Manager - POS

Central London

Salary up to £30k - depending on experience

Do you fancy a new challenge this summer? Look no further as an
exciting opportunity has arisen within a well-established and
ambitious business.

The role will require to manage, coordinate and facilitate the design
and production of in-store POS and graphics for the client's
objectives and strategic targets. As a multi-faceted Project Manager,
you will be responsible for the management and smooth running of the
account within the Planning team. The role exists in support of the
Account Directors, to ensure that the design and production process is
running as smoothly as possible, from brief all the way to delivery.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation and
understanding of planning, project and will be responsible for
managing design work from brief to implementation through to final
deliverables. They will also have a key eye for detail and be
meticulous in spotting and flagging inconsistencies. Successfully
deliver any POS requirements in-line with the client's objectives,
within budget and deadline constraints as well as providing the client
with an impeccable service.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

* Receiving creative briefs from the marketing team and managing the
accuracy via the marketing system

* Keeping track of critical path dates and supporting the team with
hitting these dates

* Weekly catch ups with team members, ensuring they are happy with
workload and clear on responsibilities

* Manage multiple stakeholders (marketing managers, design leads,
photography, planning managers, etc.) to ensure sign-off and
briefs are running smoothly and on-time

* Liaising and keeping the production team up to date on any
potential or new campaigns/templates

* Ensuring POs are raised in good time in advance and all issues are
flagged in advance with the Planning Manager

The right candidate:

* You should be able to demonstrate exceptional people skills and be
a customer-focused fanatic

* You won't be micro managed, the ability to manage your own time
and deliver quality with speed is essential

* You hold strong experience within print management (or have a
strong awareness in print) as well as project management, you are
also confident in successfully juggling multiple projects at once

* A background in retail or design would be an advantage but it's
not necessary

* Attention to detail is an absolute key skill to uphold and deliver
- you will be managing multiple projects at one time so managing
your time effectively is crucial

* Comfortable in interacting with an enthusiastic and committed team
