Job Description

Role is responsible for overall rules and functionality of DCI Disputes System, Xchange, the DCI Chargeback Guide and determinations. Manage and develop product requirements utilizing Aglie process. Core point of contact (SME) for DCI disputes. Work in collaboration with Discover Network and PULSE to align changes with industry and best practices.

Job Responsibilities ( 1 – 8; in order of priority):

1. Manage Chargeback Guide in accordance with Network Release schedule
2. Ensure Chargeback Guide rules align with Xchange functionality
3. Facilitate DCI determinations within the designated timeframe
4. Assist with Participant training / inquires of disputes rules / system
5. Represent DCI stakeholders for disputes (Xchange)
6. Develop requirements in support of product vision
7. Leverage Agile process to create Epic, user story and acceptance criteria for release
8. Work with business stakeholders to provide updates and / or champion disputes objectives
Skills Required: Job Requirements/Experience (Education, Skills, Experience Required):

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create detailed requirements
2. Bachelors degree and five to seven years industry experience (disputes preferred)
3. Ability to lead cross-functional group towards meeting common goal
4. Demonstrated competency in Agile methodologies
5. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
6. Ability to compile, prepare and present meaningful metrics and status updates
7. Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products
8. Ability to analyze existing processes and identify ways to automate / streamline
9. Proven success with oversight of problem identification and resolution management
