Job Description
SALES AND SERVICE MANAGER
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an interim Sales & Service Manager to join a leading Payments Organisation to launch, market, sell and develop a brand new information based service.

Essential Skills
• Successful at leading strategic initiatives, especially in the provision of business information/ data and analytics services
• Experience in B2B sales, strategic planning, market development, service (product) management and marketing strategy
• Senior management and consulting experience in financial services and payments industries
• Experienced in UK and European markets

Beneficial Skills:
• Experience in data, market insights and customer plans for commercial product lines
• Managed overall profitability including pricing strategy and accountability
• Experience in new service (product) development and management for all commercial products
• Managed and/or recruited staff
• Understanding of card portfolio diagnostics and KPIs

Education/Qualifications:

Required:
• B.S., B.Sc. in Business, or business related discipline, e.g., Marketing, Finance, Economics, Accounting
Preferred:
• MBA from university accredited by AACSB, ACBSP, IACBE, or AMBA

Travel:
• Frequent travel – weekly/ bi-weekly
