Location: In Garretts Green but relocating next year to Aston - please ensure you are able to commute

Job Purpose

This fantastic client has an ambitious strategy for growing their share of the E-Commerce market with both new and existing customers, with a substantial 2018 sales budget. They are looking for an experienced administrator to provide a comprehensive administration support service and to identify and develop effective ways of servicing the accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately processing customer orders and raising invoices using our internal and external web based system

  • Communicating with customer merchandising teams regarding deliveries, inventory levels and general queries via phone and email

  • Liaising with all internal departments to quickly and efficiently resolve customer queries

  • Attending customer meetings to support the sales team in an administrative capacity

  • Accurately setting up new products for customers, using spreadsheets or web portal systems

  • Uploading and submitting images

  • General management of customer web portal based systems for order processing, inventory control and merchandising

  • Creating and maintaining sales reports and data using MS Office packages

Qualifications, Experience and Personal Qualities:

  • 2+ years experience in a sales support/ administrator role

  • Has great attention to detail,

  • analytical in your approach and enjoys working with data.

  • Good problem solving skills and be a confident communicator.

  • You'll take ownership of your own work so you'll need to be organised, able to prioritise and work on your own initiative with limited supervision.

  • MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook) to intermediate level are essential.

  • Excel knowledge is essential - V look ups etc
  • A working knowledge of SAP is advantageous .
  • Experience of drop ship B2C operations is an advantage. We're a growing team so teamwork, going the extra mile and having a "can do" attitude are essential ways of working
