The Role
As the Sales Manager you will be charged with new business development in the Independent Hotels and Chain Hotels marketplace, selling a highly innovative portfolio of cloud based Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) solutions. You will be responsible for the complete sales cycle from cradle-to-grave, handling RFIs and RFPs, managing through Proof of Concepts, closing the deals and overseeing the implementation and delivery before handing the relationship to in-house Account Managers to take it from there. The role will be focused on the UK and some European countries and also comes with management responsibility from the start.

The Candidate
The Sales Manager must have a sales background in new business development, targeting large Independent or Chain Hotels. You must also have experience selling Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) or a similar hotel technology solution. You will be a consultative sales professional who is highly self motivated and able to work autonomously.

The Package
As the Sales Manager you will be rewarded with a basic salary up to £70,000, negotiable based on previous experience, with a generous, uncapped commission structure bringing OTE to a minimum of £100,000, although it should be much, much higher than this. Additional benefits include pension, healthcare, company car/car allowance, laptop and phone.
