Senior Business Development Manager (Digital Corporate Banking Sales)

Role Objective:

Acquire new business and sales for Corporate Banking software products offering through new client acquisition of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Financial Institutions in Sweden, Norway, Finland and region around.

Scope of Role:

The successful candidates will be expected to acquire new clients and increase the wallet share in existing clients in Corporate Banking Software Products sale. The country focus will be focused on Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions. This is an active new business development role with a primary goal of increasing sales revenue through selling high value software technology solutions around FinTech Products to FIs in Sweden, Norway, Finland and region around.

Responsibilities

The candidate will be the key driver and contributor of revenue acquisition for Transaction banking solutions in the region.

- Recommend & implement sales strategy and work on approved Go to Market plan for the region to acquire new clients.

- Deliver on agreed annual revenue/order book/license fee targets as per the company business plan for the region/target markets.

- Build strategic relationships with clients base to identify new initiatives and generate the pipeline for new business.

- Control the sales process throughout the sales cycle and be accountable for and lead all new RFPs/proposal submissions and ensuring getting the right team in place for increasing the probability of a win.

- Provide market insights & guidance on the market as required

Essential Requirements:

The following defines the core requirements necessary for the candidate to be considered for the role:

- Right candidate should be selling for 8 to 10 years in IT/Financial Software/Banking background with good knowledge of the industry domain

Senior Sales Professionals(10-12 years experience) who have done Digital Sales/large system digital integration deals/corporate banking digital sales .

- Currently responsible for selling Corporate Banking related technology solutions eg Payments, Cash Management, Liquidity, Core banking.

- Able to demonstrate a very strong sales track record including the strategic management of medium-large, complex relationships

- Have closed individual new business deals of SEK (equivalent) 3-5 minimum in size within the targeted banking sector.

Minimum annual sales (one client E 5 M+) as a qualifier

- Strong senior level contacts in the banking market

- Must have a self-starting, driven, assertive and positive attitude with proven ability to achieve sales targets

- Strong relationship management skills; Establish and maintain prospect and client contacts at all levels.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills and influencing skills

- Ability to present and negotiate with senior level management

- Persuasive communication, presentation and negotiation skills and ability to close deals
