JOB ROLE: Senior Business Development Manager/ Account Manager - POS, POP, Large Format

SALARY: 65K - 85K + commission + benefits DOE

I am looking to speak with experienced Senior Business Development Manager's/ Account Managers in relation to a new and exciting opportunity I am recruiting for at the minute. My client are a large market leading POS, POP and Large Format company in the London area, and can offer a highly attractive package to prospective candidates. Please see below for more details.

The role will be home based - you will occasionally need to be office based in London (around once a week)

* Up to £85K basic DOE + commission structure

Below is a brief overview of the Business Development role:

* Reinvigorate lapsed accounts and bring back up to major client status while always hunting new business opportunities
* Highlight key areas of growth and target new clients to continue to grow account base
* Sell the portfolio of print solutions into prospective new and existing clients - specifically Large Format, POS, POP, Signage, Wide Format etc.
* Manage the projects after winning the sale - liaising with the Client and Production team to ensure briefs are met
* Work in a consultative manner, advising the best print solutions for clients
* Provide after-sales care, helping to encourage repeat business

Required experience for a Senior Business Development Manager/ Account Manager:
*A minimum of 3 years field based sales experience in the Large Format, POS, POP, Wide Format,
having been involved in account management and new business sales.
*A consistent track record of over achieving targets in selling solutions within the Large Format, POS,
POP Industries.
*Experience of customer relationship management at Senior Level within POS (Point of Sale), POP (Point of Purchase), Large Format / Wide Format, Signage, Graphics etc.
*Experience guiding virtual teams to achieve deals
*A good understanding of value selling principles as a tool to increase revenue and margin
