Senior Customer Success Manager - London

We seek an experienced and ambitious Senior Customer Success Manager to join our rapidly expanding team at Modulr. The role requires you to manage, develop and nurture strategic client relationships to support Modulr's growth and expansion into new markets.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, dynamic and results driven individual with a solution-oriented sales approach with experience of managing key client relationships. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, the Senior Customer Success Manager is responsible for developing existing relationships with a focus on retention, up-sell and cross-sell activities.

What you'll do:
??? Manage a portfolio of existing clients, working in a consultative manner to retain and grow account through a deep client understanding and product knowledge
??? Optimise portfolio revenue through the creation of strong client relationships and accountable for creating and delivering against strategic and tactical account plans
??? Analysing client data and reacting quickly to market changes and account changes that may impact the profitability of the account
??? Cooperation with multi-functional teams to optimise the sales and onboarding process and work closely with operations and clients support teams to ensure the highest service levels across the business
??? Serving as an internal expert on assigned accounts in addition to having a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market dynamics and influences
??? Undertaking periodical account reviews and monitoring the commercial performance of each account within the assigned portfolio
??? Assisting in contract renewals and negotiations and provide input relating to implementation and product development requirements relating to account portfolio or market demands

What you'll have:
??? Bachelor's Degree in a business or technology field, or equivalent
??? Significant experience in strategic account management either within a payments or technology environment
??? Experience with multi-faceted client relationships, contracts and complex negotiations
??? Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to read a situation, listen, frame a conversation and deliver pitches when necessary
??? Experience working at a growth-stage technology company preferred
??? Strong analytical and written skills with great attention to detail. MS Office

Reports to: Chief Customer Officer
Location: Hammersmith, London. Predominantly UK focused but may involve travel within EMEA
through business expansion.

Salary up to £70-£80k dependent on experience
