Support Analyst - Payments IT / Technical Support

Based: Ascot + flexible working

We are leading online payments gateway, and are currently seeking a Support Analyst to join our small but busy team. This role will be a hands-on technical support position utilising SQL. This is a great opportunity to join a small yet growing company in the exciting fin-tech sector.


• Help manage the relationship with our outsourced data centre provider.
• Resolve a wide range of card transaction related queries, both from merchants and our business partners, within SLA's
• Understand and adhere to PCI standards required within the payments industry.
• Liaise closely with all internal departments & become a card payments SME (both cardholder present terminals & online gateways).
• Utilise ‘Saleforce’ as a monitoring tool in the role.

Your experience:

• Current technical working knowledge of SQL, Windows, and Android (.Net, Android and Java a plus but not essential) & helpdesk experience of resolving customer IT issues.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.


• Some understanding of SSL/TLS cryptographic protocols

• Track record in technical support within the card payments processing industry.
