The Commercial Cards Product Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the TTS Global Commercial Cards Product Head in the management and support of all marketing and communications activities for TTS in the Commercial Card product and client vertical. The incumbent will be a member of the Global TTS Marketing Team, with joint reporting 1) directly to NY-based Marketing Team Head for Payments, Receivables, Liquidity Management & Commercial Cards, and 2) with Matrix reporting to the TTS Global Head of Commercial Cards. This position is an opportunity for an individual to develop deep subject matter knowledge of the TTS Commercial Cards product set and client base, including defining key drivers of choice, competitive differentiation, satisfaction and business retention. The successful candidate will bring with them their previous career experiences and deploy their core marketing, communication and creative skills to help drive business development programs and initiatives that generate positive return on investment for the business. This person has the opportunity to contribute to the development of key messages for this global business, amplifying global themes with consistency and regional/local context, and has responsibility for executing on marketing initiatives, drawing on standard operating processes that connect our clients and stakeholders to global perspectives, knowledge, proof points, enterprise best practices and expertise. His/her span of responsibility encompasses the production of content and tactics, sales collateral, channels, media, advertising, awards, polls, internal communications and event management. As a member of the global marketing team, the incumbent should embrace the latest technology, client and industry access channels and digital tools to effectively engage at all levels within TTS, Citi, client organizations and the industry. It requires the incumbent to work in conjunction with TTS Marketing's Regional and Client Segment colleagues to contribute and draw from a central source of content and programs that are managed jointly by those teams, and to tap into a coordinated process led by TTS Global Head of Marketing for virtual resources, technical expertise and to amplify the positive impact of their marketing efforts beyond the region. Key Responsibilities: Support Commercial Cards Product Marketing Strategy * In alignment with agreed global product managers and client sales and account management teams, in support of go-to-market goals and strategies, the Commercial Cards Product Marketing Manager will help deliver on a global execution plan to increase awareness of Citi and enhance perceptions of the business overall as an innovative provider of leading products and excellent client service. The candidate will work with the TTS Regional and Client Segment Marketing teams in support of the execution of global/regional/country marketing strategies and plans including product packaging and positioning, sales campaigns, media and event marketing programs to increase awareness of Citi and enhance perceptions of the business as an innovative provider of leading products and excellent customer service. o Embed up-to-date TTS Commercial Card Product credentials for the core strategy statements and span of participation proof-points in alignment with Citi's strategy and talking points for all communications with clients, responses to RFPs, etc. o Support global PR strategy with strategic messaging points on the business, capabilities and solutions, relevant industry and societal issues that impact the business, and engagement with the respective client segments o Help prepare Segment specific pitches for industry awards and polls that illustrate industry leadership and commitment; contribute to global pitches for overall industry recognition o Contribute to brand messaging and execution at a global/regional/country level, representing TTS' stakeholder and client perspective * Participate in the development of regional client segment marketing strategies in partnership with the Regional marketers and the regional Client Sales teams to enable sales origination, fuel relationship up-tiering, support deal solutions, and win industry recognition for the various business lines of the TTS Commercial Cards product. * Partner with the business to craft communication and execute coordinated tactical campaigns to respond to business priorities. Marketing Execution * Support the execution of marketing and communication strategies across the business in close partnership with the Global Commercial Cards Product Head through: o The management and staging of marketing events, webinars and conferences for the respective client segments o Helping to produce region or country specific thought leadership to share globally with relevant client sales management teams through the respective Client Segment marketing channels o Fostering close working partnerships with the regional/country Public Affairs, Event Marketing and Business Services units supporting the company to ensure alignment of messaging and optimization of support. * The ongoing and coordinated management of the Commercial Cards Product marketing calendar and local budgets across client segments in partnership with the regional business and the TTS Global Head of Marketing to ensure transparency of any re-prioritization and trade-offs to spend in alignment with agreed business and client segment priorities. ','!*!* 5-7 years marketing experience in transaction services or direct Client Management in Commercial Cards * BA or MBA in Marketing, Communications * Prior knowledge of Commercial Cards business * Excellent project management skills. Highly organized and deadline drive, Able to manage executional details, intricate budgets and cross-functional teams * Possess a proactive and positive attitude * Flexibility in a fast-paced environment necessary * Must have strong communication skills to provide clear, detailed creative direction. Ability to think creatively and use sound judgment when making business decisions * Desire to continually challenge oneself and drive marketing programs to the next level * Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills * Detail oriented, deadline drive and able to meet multiple deadlines while staying highly organized.
