Job Description
VP Technical Project Team Manager - Cash Management/Payments



New opportunity available for a VP Technical Project Team Manager has become available to join our client’s EMEA Fulfilment group.







Main responsibilities will include:



· Management of an EMEA centralised group of client facing associates whose primary role is to deliver technical cash and treasury management solutions for our EMEA client base.



· Responsible for driving consistency in technical implementation working with both the regional managers as well as with the global leads.



· Responsible for setting goals for the team to meet the client, business partners and functional goals of the organisation.



· Actively identifying and pursuing initiatives that drive client satisfaction that will make us best in class in the market by delivering a world class service at the optimal cost to the organisation.



· Provide an active contribution to and take the lead for EMEA Fulfilment in multiple projects that deliver new product and capabilities for the business, during a period of significant growth, to ensure that the group’s needs are well catered for.



· Primary function is implementing EDI payments and reporting solutions for our clients.



· This is a client facing role, project managing the delivery of Pan-European EDI (bulk file) solutions to key clients across the EMEA region







The successful candidate:



· Must be able to demonstrate strong experience with client facing roles preferably within a similar implementation/client on-boarding function



· Can drive large scale change (people, process and organisational) change across multiple functions



· Proactive approach to identifying and managing risk



· Strong leadership in managing technical teams



· Strong performance management and coaching abilities



· Broad understanding of cash and treasury management products eBanking and eCommerce systems, Global File/Message Networks, the various components that facilitate Payment initiation and Information Reporting services.



· Good working knowledge of the business (both International and US domestic).
