Are you a data loving, target driven individual, with have a demonstrable record of driving revenue and profit through web trading?

We are a rapidly expanding fine food company, based in the Cotswolds, selling gourmet products who can offer great opportunities to an experienced trader with knowledge of the luxury food sector.

We are a small but rapidly expanding fine food company, based in the Cotswolds, selling gourmet products , with more than 7 years of strong and consistent year on year growth in both retail and food sector markets

Fuelled by year on year double digital growth, this role is pivotal to our continued expansion ensuring the sales of our range of products online to both the UK and rest of the world.

A role has become available to join a fast growing, dynamic food business. The successful applicant will be selling a luxury food product through several domestic and international ecommerce platforms.

Responsible for a seven-figure turnover, the successful candidate is expected to manage nine existing ecommerce platforms in several international markets as well as identify, target and develop new ecommerce sales opportunities both at home and abroad.

The role holder is expected to have a solid working knowledge of trading on Amazon and WooCommerce sales platforms. As a data loving, target driven individual, the successful candidate with have a demonstrable record of driving revenue and profit through web trading.

Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing the purpose of the eCommerce Trading Executive role will be to increase the sales of products through existing and new ecommerce platforms.

eCommerce Trading Executive Key Accountabilities:

+ Achieve sales targets of £1m plus.
+ Create and delivery ecommerce trading plans.
+ Analyse, monitor and report on departmental KPIs.
+ Increase conversion rates through optimising the customer buying experience.
+ Maintain product listings and live site content across all e-commerce platforms.
+ Optimise content through A/B testing campaigns across all e-commerce platforms.
+ Monitor competitor activity to ensure that the platforms compete competitively in terms of pricing and performance.
+ Work with third party CPC agencies to ensure optimum CPC spend and return on investment.
+ Create and manage cost per click campaigns on the Amazon platforms.
+ Working closely with the Marketing Executive, create and manage product promotions to increase value for our global customer base.
+ Working closely with the Marketing Executive, create and manage content requirement plans.
+ Research new markets and develop new online sales channels.

Skills & Experience:

+ Minimum of three years trading and proven experience of increasing sales on Amazon & WooCommerce platforms.
+ Thrives in working as part of a team.
+ Strong working knowledge of SEO, Google Adwords & Analytics.
+ Highly organised approach, ability to pro-actively manage workload, prioritise and multi-task.
+ Strong analytical skills: ability to understand shopping behaviour. Understands data and knows how to affect the numbers (AOV, CRO, ROI).
+ Good commercial acumen.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ UK driving License (due to office location)

Remuneration Package:

+ Salary: £30,000
+ Sales target bonus Up to £5,000 uncapped
+ Pension: Yes
+ Holidays: 28 days inclusive of Bank holidays
+ Hours of work: 8.30-5.00pm
