BUSINESS ANALYST with SCA and Tier 1 Retailer payments 

  • Business analyst with strong technical knowledge
  • 6 month contract
  • £640 pd (inside IR35)
  • Hybrid (mainly remote)

  • Multi-channel payments within a large, Tier 1 retail group, working across BAU and transformation functions
  • Strong self-motivated, self-starter who is outcomes focused
  • Work exceptionally well in a team environment, while also mentoring and sharing knowledge with others
  • Understand and navigate corporate politics and challenges while still delivering high quality outcomes
  • Accomplished business analyst who is experienced and able to comfortably step into the tech aspects of the subject matter, but only to the extent required (i.e. not get lost in tech detail)
  • Work well under pressure

 

Skills and experience:

  • PSD2 SCA Regulatory compliances specialist
  • MasterCard, Visa, Amex Scheme compliances Analysis
  • Knowledge of CIT (Cardholder Initiated Transactions), MIT (Merchant Initiated Transactions), subscription-based payments
  • Improving authorisation success rate and Conversion rates
  • PCI DSS V4 specialist
  • Digital wallet payments
  • Card tokenisation, Network Tokens, PARs (Payment Account Reference), Loyalty cards
  • Good knowledge of 3DS authentication protocol and exemptions, chargebacks and disputes
  • Awareness and understanding of Transaction Risk Analysis, Machine Learning fraud detection
  • Credit card processing knowledge
  • Good knowledge of
    • Open Banking payments
    • BNPL payments
  • Awareness of working with payment regulators such as PSR and FCA
  • Working knowledge/awareness of different PSPs, acquirers and card issuers
  • Awareness of business cards processing
