Our client are a small growing payments business and are looking to recruit for a sales manager. This is a very crucial appointment – you will be the stand alone commercial representative of the business; you will drive new business sales and you will also shape the business development team as you succeed over time.

You will be selling the all-round payment solution into financial institutions and working alongside key thirty party partners. You will have a success in business development working in payments with a solid appreciation of partnerships. 


  • Developing and executing business plans
  • Developing and executing sales plans
  • Selling and working alongside third party suppliers
  • Developing and implementing action plans to penetrate new markets
  • Managing customer relationships
  • You will meet agreed targets set by the company
  • Network at a senior level to generate new leads and business opportunities
  • Build, lead and train an expanding business development/Sales team


  • Commercial experience in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work in a small but rapidly growing team and working with start up mentality
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines and hit sales targets
  • Commercial experience within the payments services market
  • Commercial experience within the brand industry would be an advantage
  • Experience working with prepaid would be an advantage
