Customer Service Adviser IMMEDIATE START - Cambridge  based - 4-5 week contract 
 
Our client is a payments company looking to hire 4 Customer Support specialists.
Initially, this is a 4-5 week contract with the possibility of one of the roles becoming permanent.
 
In this role, you will :
 

  • Be the first line of support dealing with client queries
  • Respond to emails
  • Collect Data to verify ID
  • Use Jira

 
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Ability to show initiative and work independently
  • Case Management Acumen – ability to track progress
  • Attention to detail
  • Be polite under pressure
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively

NICE TO HAVE:
