Finance Systems – Project Manager (ERP implementation)

£100K base + bonus
 
Our cutting edge fintech unicorn global client is looking for a  Finance Systems – Project Manager  with (ERP implementation) experience and   a Finance & Accounting background who has led projects for finance ERP system implementations.
Day to day you will : 
 

•  Use your expertise in accounting, reporting and controls to help with the new system implementation
• Set out the finance requirement and acceptance criteria
• Be hands on during the implementation and be part of demos. Provide feedback etc
• Be accountable for the integration into the ERP system (Workday)
• Partner with stakeholders and Engineering teams throughout the  project

 
To be successful you must possess: 

• Strong technical accounting understanding (IFRS and other accounting principles)
• Use your financial reporting and controls experience to ensure all solutions are fit for purpose and will meet audit requirements
• Able to translate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience of working with Workday is a distinct advantage but other large ERP system experience will be considered
