Head of Sales  – Europe (based in London, some travel)
£120-150k basic + commission/bonus + benefits + equity options

Our client is a successful payments company, who are keen to expand further into European markets. As part of this development, we are seeking to recruit a Head of Enterprise Sales professional.

You will take responsibility for leading a small sales team and be a hands on sales/business development professional with a deep knowledge of one or more of the following sectors: 
travel, e-commerce, marketplace, education – to accelerate the sales of payments products in Europe.

You must have:

• Proven record of selling payments or FX into travel/e-commerce/marketplace/education sectors (or other lower risk verticals)
• Deep and useful professional network, including prospects they can bring with them
• Strong leadership, strategic, consultative selling & interpersonal skills
• Experience of working in an international environment
• Understand and can distil the challenges involved in payments & FX for prospects
• Ability to move fast and deliver results quickly
• Hands-on sales leadership who can motivate and inspire as well as smash their personal targets
