My client is an award-winning travel payment specialist that works tirelessly to make B2B payments as profitable as possible for their clients. 

 

With global offices and customers in 50+ countries, they are growing their business with ambitious plans for international expansion to drive and expand their Marketing strategy and delivery and as such are actively seeking to engage a Head of Marketing with a background in Payments.

 

The Role

As Head of Marketing you will:

 

·      lead the marketing team in developing and executing an integrated marketing strategy

·      help your team plan and coordinate sales-driven marketing and communications campaigns

·      manage internal multiple stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the Marketing plan

 

 

Reporting to the CEO, you will have responsibility for the following key deliverables:

·       Develop a marketing strategy to help promote the brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals

·       Lead and inspire the marketing team; leading by example and working hands-on in driving strategic positioning, messaging, PR, events, promotions and product definition

·       Liaise with and manage external marketing and PR agencies

·       Report on all marketing activities to the executive team

·       Enforce brand guidelines in all marketing activities across the company

·       Manage marketing budget ensuring effective prioritisation and allocation of resources

·       Collaborate with HR on internal marketing and employer branding

 

Whilst the role is London based, you will also be expected to travel to Malta

 

Requirements

·       5+ years of management experience in a marketing agency or leading an internal fintech or payments marketing team

·       Advanced understanding of the payments industry
