Head of Operations and Implementations

Our client, a leading payments business is looking for a Head of Operations and Implementation.  You will lead the Operations function, own Card scheme relationships, manage BIN sponsorship programmes and provide customer support.

To be successful in this role, you will have prepaid and e-money experience

Day to day you will be

·       Managing overall operations, implementations and  team performance

·       Delivering implementations and programme launches

·       Providing customer support regarding onboarding and daily operations

·       Assisting with fraud, risk and compliance

·       Working alongside processors and card schemes

·       Creating process procedures for improvements and daily operations

You will need evidence of :

·       Managing teams

·       Project / implementation management, operations, customer support and relationship management

·       Card scheme rules – especially MasterCard

·       Excellentknowledge of prepaid and card programmes

·       Knowledge of the settlement and chargeback processes a plus
