Day to day you will

·       Own the sales process and marketing activities, alongside  revenue forecasting and generation

·       Develop and execute sales strategy

·       Equip the sales team with the necessary training, tools, and resources to achieve goals

·       Oversee lead generation efforts

·       Lead the Client Success team, focusing on customer retention and identifying upselling opportunities

·       Develop and implement strategic marketing plans

·       Drive the creation of engaging marketing content to support sales campaigns, PR initiatives, and digital channels

·       Report  progress to the board, ensuring accountability for delivering against revenue forecasts

To be successful in this role, you will need to show evidence of :

·       10+ years’ of sales and payments experience

·       Track record in establishing and growing revenue generation within payments

●     An attitude that builds long term win/win relationships.

●     Experience building a sales strategy from scratch

·       Board level stakeholder management

●     An  understanding of both traditional and digital marketing tools and techniques, and experience of creating successful marketing strategies

●     A track record setting realistic targets for which you will be fully accountable.

●     Experience managing a team
