Head of SME sales ( Team Lead )
Our client is an SME payment provider with ambitious and dynamic growth plans. They are currently seeking a Head of Sales to lead, mentor and stretch a sales team.
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate
· A track record of selling to SMEs (merchant acquiring valued but issuer will also be considered)
· Experience in scaling through partnerships
· Proven experience in mentoring a sales team and ensuring KPIS / targets are met
· Ability to extrapolate meaningful information from data and formulate an action plan for success
