Japanese Speaking Customer Success Manager
Our client provides pioneering electronic payment hardware partnering with Independent Software Vendors and Systems Integrators to provide flexible, global payment solutions across a multitude of sectors.
JOB SCOPE
As Customer Success Manager, you will support the APAC team and be the conduit for the UK business supporting APAC’s business goals always placing the customer at the forefront of the business.
Day to day you will
· Ensure that clients and prospects can leverage the payment platform, products and services to achieve agreed technical and business goals
· Support the sales team
· Create client reports, analyse basic data and report findings
· Participate in general sales activities, quarterly meetings, weekly reporting
Experience:
· Japanese language fluency
· Excellent English skills written and spoken
· A flexible approach and enjoy working with clients and internal teams
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Salesforce CRM skills preferred
· Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
· Process driven and strong decision-making skills
