Marketing & Communications Manager 
Hybrid work model - 2 days per week in the office (West London), 3 days per week remote 
£50-60k + bonus & excellent benefits 

Our client is an international financial services company, focused on cards & payments, with a UK office & team in London. They are keen to hire a brilliant Marketing & Communications Manager who has a passion for digital marketing, content creation, and generating campaigns, with the ability to adapt, customize, and execute global digital marketing campaigns for the UK market. 

About you:

  • You’re autonomous and self-sufficient in your role. You may have experience being the only Marketing Manager in your company or the region. You have an extensive understanding of what it takes to set up and optimize end to end campaigns.
  • You’re able to balance between teams, countries, and time zones.
  • You’re looking for a role that is diverse in creativity but with analytical and operation focus.
  • You're a highly organised and able to juggle multiple competing priorities and demands from different teams, with experience in managing press, events, and 3rd party media partnerships. 

About the role: 

  • Lead Generation: Manage End to End Marketing Campaigns: Plan, track and optimise marketing campaigns across multiple channels and recommend steps for better integration & automation in order to deliver qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Set up workflows in marketing automation tools (Husbpot) to develop lead gen & nurturing programmes
  • You’ll create & localise content for the UK market
  • Develop SEM & SEO strategies to maintain website traffic acquisition and search strategy with the purpose of building retention programs (email campaigns, remarketing).
  • Content Creation


  • Proficient understanding and experience with Marketing Automation tools such as Hubspot or Marketo
  • An experienced B2B marketing professional with experience of organising and running your own marketing campaigns and coming up with new ideas to reach our customers
  • Understand digital content development and delivery principles including social media campaigns and KPIs Qualifications
  • Experience collaborating with other departments with strong project management skills
  • Detail oriented and deadline driven
  • A minimum of 4 years of Marketing background
  • Knowledge of automation system monitoring and reporting of analytical data for digital channels
