Payment Cards Mystery Shopper – Central Vienna  – Part time perfect for a student

Our client is a global card scheme seeking a part time mystery shopper  to review current acceptance of their payment card across designated retail areas across Central Vienna.

As a Payment Card Mystery Shopper you  will be provided a payment card and visit an agreed number of merchants across a 12-month period and write up reports to confirm acceptance and scheme branding.

This is a part time role requiring you to work around approx. 6 hours a day 3 times a week.

Day to Day you will :

• Visit an agreed and assigned list of target merchants, confirming acceptance through mystery shopping activities
• Raise brand visibility across designated areas
• Take ownership of administrative procedures to maintain an accurate representation of the target area acceptance
• Report results of visits on a regular basis
• Travel within the target market to complete tasks and attend the Vienna  office as require

• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office package (Word, Excel and Power Point) and internal systems with appropriate coaching
• Fluent German and business level English
