Powerpoint and Data specialist
We are looking for a highly skilled with a background in financial services and expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. This role is primarily focused on creating and refining high-quality presentations for senior stakeholders, ensuring a professional, polished, and strategically aligned look and feel. A background in marketing would be an advantage, as this role involves applying branding and visual storytelling principles.
Additionally, this role will coordinate and standardize the monthly team deliverables, ensuring key updates are communicated to senior leadership through standardized dashboards and PowerPoint presentations. The Specialist will also be accountable for ensuring the function adheres to compliance requirements, working closely with managers, the Compliance Council, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to orchestrate the mapping and maintenance of all processes and procedures. While this role does not involve writing procedures, the PMO will ensure that the entire team is aware of compliance standards for procedures and adheres to them.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Expert-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint – ability to design high-quality, visually engaging presentations.
- Advanced Excel skills – data manipulation, analysis, pivot tables, and visualization.
- Experience coordinating monthly reports and dashboards for senior leadership.

Responsibilities:
Presentation Design & Content Refinement (Primary Focus)
- Create professional, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations that align with corporate branding and messaging.
- Develop presentations from concept to completion, ensuring clear, impactful storytelling and structure.
- Refine and enhance existing decks to ensure high-level consistency, accuracy, and executive readiness.
- Standardize templates and frameworks for teams to use, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across the organization.
Project Coordination & Monthly Deliverables Management
- Coordinate and compile the monthly deliverables from the team, ensuring key updates are communicated to senior leadership.
- Develop standardized dashboards and PowerPoint reports for leadership reviews, ensuring consistency and clarity.
- Act as a key support function in cross-team projects, ensuring presentations align with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with different teams to gather content, refine messaging, and maintain consistency across materials.
- Manage timelines and version control for key presentations and deliverables.
Compliance & Process Orchestration
- Work closely with managers to ensure all processes and procedures within the team are mapped, maintained, and meet compliance expectations.
- Act as the orchestrator for compliance efforts, collaborating with the Compliance Council and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure best practices are followed.
- Ensure the entire team is aware of compliance expectations and adheres to them, facilitating alignment without directly authoring procedures.
- Oversee the storage and accessibility of compliance-related materials to ensure they are properly documented and audit-ready.
Data Analysis & Content Structuring
- Use advanced Excel skills to manipulate and visualize financial and business data for inclusion in reports and presentations.
- Review and refine content to ensure it is insightful, structured, and presentation-ready for senior leadership.
- Create compelling charts, tables, and infographics to support storytelling in presentations.
