PR & Community Relations Manager - Copy, Content & Social Media

Our client is a dynamic fintech start-up with a global remit. This is a fully remote role where you will be working in a collaborative environment as a PR and Community Relations Manager.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As PR and Community Relations Manager, you will write, revise and proof flawless copy for the Help Centre including FAQs, resources and release notes.

What you will be doing as PR and Community Relations Manager

  • Write, revise and proof flawless copy for the Help Centre including FAQs, resources and release notes
  • Maintain the Help Centre structure, making sure it’s up to date with the latest product updates
  • Manage, edit and publish content in CRM tools such as Kustomer
  • Write, revise and proof flawless copy for Customer Success templates making sure it’s consistent and cohesive with tone of voice
  • Engage with users and monitor conversations across social media channels from the brand’s voice
  • Supervise reviews from Apple, Google Play and Trustpilot; verify the veracity of reviews and report fake ones
  • Reply to unhappy customers and lead them to CS if needed
  • Coordinate with Customer Success Team to ensure frequently asked questions are up to date based on the number of tickets flagged 
  • Maintain brand guidelines and tone of voice to ensure consistency and quality throughout each deliverable
  • Coordinate with Product Design Team to report on ongoing user feedback complaints

SKILLS you will possess as PR and Community Relations Manager

  • Have 3+ years of copywriting experience
  • English native speaker
  • Have a solid understanding of different marketing disciplines, like content and social media
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Great at collaborating and deliver to deadlines
  • Open, honest and comfortable in giving and receiving constructive feedback
  • Structured and proactive – able to manage several projects that might be running at different speeds and know when to prioritise each task
