Relationship and Event Manager 

Fully remote - UK 

Our client leads the Fintech market with the longest-standing and most prestigious networking and awards  event. With an impressive  list of blue-chip sponsors, they are now seeking a Relationship Manager to promote the event, engage with new players and be responsible for event logistics.

 

Reporting to the founder, you will have full cycle management of The Card & Payments Awards including entry process, judging process, finalist drinks event and the Awards

 

 

 

Day to day you will be responsible for :

·       Managing sponsor contracts and relationships

·       Seeking  new sponsorship opportunities

·       Managing  and setting up media partnerships

·       Managing all event logistics from venue, catering, travel to on-site coordination and management on the day

·       Managing all pre-event planning – site visits, AV testing etc

·       Organising and coordinating suppliers – production/AV, signage, décor, entertainment, staffing, photographers, videographers, host and more

·       Arranging chosen charity for the event and manage relationship throughout the year

·       Collaborating with various teams to ensure successful event execution

·       Managing and coordinating suppliers and all event logistics (for example, venue, catering, travel)

·       Attendee management and communication

·       Managing a team of staff, giving full briefings in advance and on the day

·       Making sure that insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are followed where necessary

·       Liaising with sales and marketing teams to publicise and promote the event

·       Developing event marketing strategies with PR team to drive attendance and engagement

·       Producing post-event evaluation to inform future events including collecting feedback from attendees and sponsors

·       Researching opportunities for new clients and events

·       Providing the  directors with regular updates on sponsor, entries and table sales progress

·       Website management
