Do you have an outstanding network of contacts in Hospitality or the Luxury Retail sectors? They facilitate domestic and global movement of payments and serve as a key link between Financial Institutions and Consumers This is an opportunity to join a multinational team in a dynamic and rapidly expanding company SCOPE OF POSITION The POS Acquiring & DCC Business Development Executives will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and closing POS Acquiring, DCC and Tax Free sales opportunities with a focus on high value transactions within large accounts of the Hospitality and Luxury Retail sectors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES You will: Develop relationships and drive sales with leading hotels/merchants within the hospitality and/or retail sectors to build upon strong references Deliver sales presentations and proposals, and provide functional support to clients making sure that they take full advantage of the Companys POS DCC and Tax Free offerings Actively manage customer portfolio and prepare progress reports for management Develop leads within the territory from internal referrals or by self-introduction activities Demonstrate knowledge of the clients business and competitive landscape, and propose solutions translating their needs into business opportunities Provide the on-boarding team with potential client financial data, KYC and AML information Develop and execute on a territory targeted business development plan to create the appropriate sales acquisition strategy Resolve business development issues through internal escalation to appropriate management and operations teams GENERAL REQUIREMENTS You will have: A degree (desirable but not essential) Professional training in sales is an asset. A minimum of 5 years sales experience in the hospitality or luxury retail fields selling any of the following: - POS Acquiring solutions - Tax refund - e-Commerce gateway or Card not Present solutions - Other services targeting the hospitality industry Proven track record of success in selling to and growing large accounts Ability to construct detailed territory targeted business development plans and execute against them IT literacy with ability to perform an initial survey of customer premises for the basic infrastructure (e.g. current networks, equipment placement, etc.) Ability to develop and manage own sales book forecast COMPETENCIES You will possess: Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to communicate effectively with customer contacts at all levels An ability to be a self starter who will open doors Effective negotiation skills, able to overcome objections Drive for success and financial achievement Pro-active thinking, initiative and flexibility Customer orientation and ability to develop business sector understanding Team player skills
