Sales Manager - Embedded Finance

Our client provides embedded finance solutions and are hiring a Sales Manager to drive sales growth
You will be a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager working closely with the Senior Sales managers. You will possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a proven track record of selling cutting edge payment solutions ( including embedded finance ) in a high-growth environment ( minimum 18 months )
You will generate net new business and act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
Day to day you will :
- Identify prospects and grow a healthy pipeline across various verticals
- Sell payment solutions and services through outbound techniques
- Help prospective clients with queries and handle detailed questions about product capabilities, selling consultatively
- Prepare presentations and proposals for prospective clients
- Share best practices, key business insights and industry trends
- Provide feedback on local trends including competitor insights, customer needs, sales, product and marketing information
To be successful in this role, you will possess :
- Embedded finance knowledge
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Self motivated and highly organised
- Excellent communication skills demonstrating empathy and understanding of client needs
