Merchant On-boarding Implementation Engineer 


Due to enormous growth we are actively looking for a dynamic & motivated Implementation Engineer with merchant on-boarding experience.

The core purpose is to reduce as much friction as possible from the integration process in order to achieve a successful and efficient integration.


You will play a critical role in maintaining the trust of customers, ensuring that any technical queries that arise during the implementation process are answered and escalated when required. You will also collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders across Technology and Business.


You must be tech-savvy and customer-driven, with solid problem-solving abilities and eager to join a dynamic, agile and fast-growing environment.


About You

    • Relevant Technical Support or Implementation experience in a Tech/FinTech company
    • Strong knowledge in Front End technologies (JS/HTML/CSS)
    • Understanding of Back End technologies appreciated (such as Node, .Net)
    • Experience using WAMP/LAMP stacks
    • Familiar with Git
    • Excellent communication skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships
    • Ability to work in a customer-focused and target driven environment
    • Fluency in English

What you will be doing

    • Provide support to the technical team of our merchants during their payment processing technology implementation
    • Answer merchants’ integration related questions, including but not limited to setup, code samples, debugging, documentation, testing, and go-live support
    • Manage incidents as related to the integration (investigation, troubleshooting, escalation, resolution, reporting, time tracking and analysis of incidents)
    • Partner internally with Business Support, Sales, Engineering and Product to resolve issues that arise  
    • Interact with the Product teams to pinpoint improvement ideas
    • Contribute to process optimisation ideas and automation
    • Contribute to our internal tools offering
    • Work with existing merchants towards optimising their integration
