Our client is a leading Challenger Bank transforming the future of banking to serve their  clients through the digital revolution. Partnering with Mastercard and Visa, they are a leading provider of financial services and solutions.

As a result of massive expansion, they are seeking   ambitious  and go-getting  Payments experts  with excellent sales experience in B2B financial services/ fintech who can win new business opportunities in a dynamic and competitive market.

Main Responsibilities:

§  Drive sales growth in the expanding financial services industry, including BIN Sponsorship and other payment services such as money remittances

§  Lead the planning of the business development function, including identifying new areas of growth for business

§  Perform industry and competitor analysis to deliver an intelligent approach to sales

§  Actively participate in relevant industry conferences and networking events (panellist, presenter, lead generation)

§  Prepare sales reports for the Executive Team and Board of Directors

§  Formulate pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness

§  Report to Executive Team on pipeline, strategy and industry news

§  Cultivate external relationships with prospects, existing Clients, stakeholders and partners to promote collaboration and shared success

Abilities and Skills Required:

§  A highly motivated, autonomous, forward-thinking sales individual with gravitas and ambition

§  A strategic and critical individual who can demonstrate success in driving forward growth and increasing revenues

§  You will need a proven track record of securing profitable new business and negotiating substantial contracts

§  A solid negotiator

§  An understanding of the mechanics of the Mastercard and Visa schemes would be beneficial

§  Sound regulatory awareness
