Agile Programme  Manager - MUST HAVE Wallet and Cloud experience

Job Scope

We’re looking for an Agile Programme Manager to help accelerate the cloud modernization journey of a leading digital payments provider. The business is midway through migrating critical eWallet capabilities (Google, Samsung, and others) from legacy on-premise  systems to the cloud, with completion targeted for December 2026.

You’ll manage multiple agile teams, oversee complex product launches, and drive efficiency across delivery streams — blending engineering know-how with strong programme  management skills.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate work across 6+ agile teams.
• Manage modernization projects, risks, and dependencies across payments, cloud, and compliance.
• Drive agile best practices, continuous improvement, and inter-team collaboration.
• Create and execute migration plans for API-based services (development → test → deployment → data migration).
• Engage with senior stakeholders, providing clear updates and managing expectations.

What You’ll Bring

✅ 5+ years program/project management (PMP certified)
✅ 2+ years engineering background
✅ Strong Agile (SAFe) expertise
✅ Cloud migration & architecture experience
✅ Payments / eWallet / fintech knowledge
✅ Excellent communication & executive stakeholder management

Nice to have: People management, AWS/OCP, microservices, Tableau, tokenization, PgMP certification.
