⚙️ The Role 

A global payments organisation is hiring a Project Support specialist  to own the delivery of structured testing campaigns that validate real-world payment experiences — in-store, contactless, and online.

This is not a marketing role. It's a delivery-focused position sitting at the intersection of operations, data, and customer experience.

📌 What You'll Own

  • End-to-end campaign delivery — intake, planning, execution, and reporting
  • Day-to-day management of a third-party vendor conducting simulated payment transactions
  • Translating testing outputs into clear insights and recommendations
  • Cross-functional coordination across Operations, Sales, and Implementation
  • Validating new partners, products, and payment journeys

💼 You'll Bring

  • 3+ years in operations, programme/project management, or customer experience
  • Proven vendor or outsourced delivery management
  • Strong data interpretation and stakeholder communication skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and improvement-focused
  • Payments, fintech, or e-commerce exposure is a bonus — not a barrier
