Customer Support - Payments Acceptance

A blue-chip global Card Payment Provider is seeking Customer Support specialists with Payments acceptance experience due to dynamic growth.
To be successful in this role, you will possess Project management experience in payment scheme
or Financial Services Operations
In this role you will look at why merchants are experiencing non – authorisation based acceptance issues and understand the cause of the problem ie. whether network issues, contract issues, working out root cause and putting a plan in place so that the merchants are having 100% acceptance rates.
Ideally your background will have experience from any of acceptance manager or in acceptance remediation or support, perhaps experience with POS terminal support. Or will have set up merchants working for acquirers or tech card acceptance
(payments support, acceptance manager, acceptance support, card schemes, payments operations)
You will possess outstanding communication skills, with
Project management experience in payment scheme
or Financial Services Operations
Day to day you will :
· Be a trusted point of contact for all operational matters
with key client stakeholders (acquirers and merchants)
· Project manage remediation activities to ensure issues are resolvd and acceptance across the network is restored
· Program manage a number of Quality of Acceptance activities cross functionally to drive resolution of assigned cases
· Manage technical communications with client’s technical team, project team, customer services team and senior executives
· Proactively resolve client business & technical problems
