Director of Risk and Compliance - payments. fintech

• Role Summary:
  • You will have outstanding experience in writing risk reports for ExCo and Board
  • You will be responsible for leading and developing a team, providing direction and oversight of the firm’s Risk and Compliance strategy
  • Responsible for developing and obtaining an enterprise-wide view of all risk to the firm and the wider payments ecosystem, enabling the business to effectively manage them.
  • You will provide thought leadership, ensuring the firm keep up with risk management and industry advancements and be a critical partner to senior management, deputising for the Chief Risk Officer as required.
  • Responsible for ensuring continuous development of risk capability across the firm, driving risk maturity and the consistent and accurate identification, evaluation, management and mitigation of risks and evolution of systemic risk management organisation wide.
  • This role oversees all of the firm’s risk management activity.
