e-Commerce Partner Manager
Remote – some travel to London

Our client is disrupting payments, providing a unique combination of payment and banking services for our clients, utilising easy to implement technology, a dedicated team, and a deep understanding of the payments industry.
As part of our busines development plan, we are growing our channel/partnership team and are currently hiring for an e-Commerce Partner Manager to join the team.
About the role:
· This is a hybrid account management and new business development role, focusing on partner/channel business. The ideal candidate will identify and recruit new strategically aligned channel partners, as well as developing and pro-actively managing existing channel partner relationships.
· Exceed channel partner acquisition, growth & retention targets as defined by Head of Channel.
· Identify and recruit new partners by proactively engaging defined partner prospects.
· Demonstrate and market the company product proposition.
· Manage high-level channel negotiations to ensure a fair and favourable relationship for all parties.
· Evangelise the partner program & maximise commercial return for all partnerships managed.
· Build and deepen partnerships that enable us to grow in line with our overall strategy across all our solutions.
· Join a fast growing and high-impact team to grow our key partnerships by spotting new opportunities for client acquisition and existing client upsell opportunities.
About you:
· Demonstrable experience of commercially focused partner management / development roles within payments.
· Proven experience of consultative selling & providing complex ecommerce solutions to channel partners.
· A highly motivated and driven individual.
· Articulate, confident and tenacious, with the credibility and gravitas to build relationships with executives at all business levels.
· Personable and approachable, with an enthusiastic and motivational nature and an overall passion for excellence.
· Presentation and documentation skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills – including the ability to speak to different levels of stakeholders both internally & externally.
