Finance Transformation Manager

London – Hybrid working

£100K base + bonus

Our client is a global multi billion fintech hiring the very brightest and best talent.

They are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Manager. This a new role and exciting  opportunity to shape the direction to support the company at a time of growth. You will lead  user acceptance testing and product adoption of the new Finance Transactional Ledger product across the various finance teams. The end goal is to have this product implemented into the finance teams BAU process.

What are the company looking for?

• Experience with finance system implementations
• Leading UAT and implementation
• Understanding the finance reconciliation process
• Able to sit between technical product and finance teams and communicate effectively to both
• Working within FS / Payments industry will be a huge advantage but the key is that you lead and have  implemented large ERP finance systems

Overview of the role:

• Lead on the Finance Transactional Ledger integration and make sure it is fully embedded
• Working with technical Product and key stakeholders within finance to truly understand the product and BAU activities
• Create test and adoption strategy and make sure testing is completed to result in a seamless adoption of the product
• Execute the test and adoption plan to record and resolve any risks and defects
• Finance roadmap means you will have the opportunity to support other system implementations
