Are you currently creating new business opportunities as a Market Development Rep or Sales Exec, and are ready to make the next step?

We are keen to locate and hire a highly motivated & driven Junior Business Developer to join our team. As an exciting scale up in the payments & fin-tech space, an opportunity exists as we continue to grow for a new sales professional to join the team, closing new business deals in different verticals across low, medium, and high-risk businesses. There is real ambition to grow and develop the business, so you will be joining an exciting environment. The leadership team are highly experienced, well known and respected across the industry & the role represents an exciting opportunity to join a high growth scale up. 

Your challenge:

  • Identify targets and deliver results, identify ways to increase market share, generate and source leads through a variety of sources
  • Utilise your high levels of tenacity & motivation to open doors & pitch our fantastic product set to potential clients, working with your senior sales colleagues when required 
  • Acting with a commercial focus, you will drive volume increases across verticals/risk appetites and ensure we are well represented in key verticals (e-commerce, subscription, digital, financial services, FX, MSB’s etc).

About you:


•             You are great at networking, building relationships, communicating, planning & have an entrepreneurial & tenacious spirit with a can-do attitude 
•             Have good presentation & pitching skills, gained in a software, tech, payments or FS environment 
•             Self-starter, with a strategic and consultative approach
•             Happy to roll sleeves up and get stuck in with an entrepreneurial spirit, go getter attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced business
•             Comfortable in a scale-up environment
•             Minimum of 1 year of sales experience as a market development representative or junior sales executive or similar 
•             High energy and positive individual, trustworthy & team worker
