·         Industry analysis: providing insight into markets and competitors through the analysis of published sources and interviews with industry experts, suppliers, and competitors

·         Customer research: using quantitative and qualitative research, amongst consumers and businesses, to inform strategic decisions

·         Always show an obsessive attention to detail

·         Independently build relationships with team members and client staff

·         Organise and document work in a thorough and transparent manner

What we are looking for:

·         A 1st or 2:1 class degree and strong academics are essential; candidates with an Economics or Mathematics degree are preferred, but science graduates with strong Mathematics & Statistics will also be considered for this role

·         1-2 years of experience in a similar role, either on client or agency side

·         Advanced Excel data analysis skills are essential (knowledge of SQL or a programming language, preferably Python or R would be a strong advantage)

·         An eye for detail is essential and a passion and interest in marketing science, quantitative analysis, statistics and modelling

·         Commercial awareness and understanding of core economic principles

·         Able to demonstrate the capacity for creativity and original thinking

·         Demonstrable experience of working in a demanding environment and be able to efficiently manage time, be enthusiastic and also diplomatic

·         Passion / strong interest in financial services as a large proportion of our projects are FS related

·         We are seeking intelligent and energetic candidates who thrive in a fast-paced but highly collaborative environment and who can leave their mark and enhance our set of competencies.
