Payment Cards Mystery Shopper – Central Vienna  – Part time perfect for a student

Mystery shopper, card scheme branding, retail acceptance, merchant acceptance,

Our client is a global card scheme seeking a part time mystery shopper  to review current acceptance of their payment card across designated retail areas across Austria and Switzerland.

As a Payment Card Mystery Shopper you  will be given a payment card and visit an agreed number of merchants across a 6-month period and write up reports to confirm acceptance and scheme branding.

This is a part time role requiring you to work around approx. 6 hours a day 3 times a week. As you will need to go to the office occassionally, the role cannot be done at the weekends

Day to Day you will :

  • Visit an agreed and assigned list of target merchants, confirming acceptance through mystery shopping activities
  • Raise brand visibility across designated areas
  • Take ownership of administrative procedures to maintain an accurate representation of the target area acceptance
  • Report results of visits on a regular basis
  • Travel within the target market to complete tasks and attend the Vienna  office as require

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with people
  • Commercial awareness
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Pro-active and reliable attitude
  • Willingness to travel across defined areas
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office package (Word, Excel and Power Point) and internal systems with appropriate coaching
  • Fluent German and business level English
